Copyrights, Escape clause

1. Shinsuke Okazaki (Author) has Copyrights of LTCustomizer21.
2. If you use trial edition of LTCustomizer21, LTCustomizer21 displays advertisement window. If no display of advertisement, LTCustomizer21 application use 10min. after that, function of LTCustomizer21 is stopped.
3. Analysis of LTCustomizer21(reverse engineering such a disassemble) is forbidden.
4. Author isn't responsible for all damage which accept through you use LTCustomizer21.
5. Author doesn't take a duty about update of LTCustomizer21 to support the newest CAD software.
6. Distribution of LTCustomizer21 archive is free. But never change archive file you downloaded. To add with magazine and CD-ROM, etc, please send author mail to permit beforehand.

7. License of LTCustomizer21 is 2 type.

Individual user License

This is for developer using LTCustomizer21. Individual user license doesn't include re-distribute license. If individuals want to get this license in the company, the company must purchase this licenses for number of developer.

Re-distribution license

This license applies only distribution of LTCustomizer21 application. This license cannot use for developer. There is no limitation about install of LTCustomizer21 applications if you have re-distribution license.

8. Reselling of LTCustomizer21 itself is prohibited.
9. Version up of LTCustomizer21 is free. But except in case of vastly improved.

10.Technical support is only email and charged support for only Individual license user. Free technical support term is half year after purchase of personal license. After that, technical support fee is US$50/year. But even if support term was past a long time ago, you can accept the support charging support fee.
